Dare to Lead™

“Who we are is how we lead” - Brené Brown

Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program
for organizations who believe in leadership at every level.

Leadership beyond titles!

Our personal and professional growth relies on our ability to be courageous.

We believe that a leader  is anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes and has the courage to develop that potential.

Mojo has delivered this impactful leadership program since its launch in 2019, presenting it in various formats such as keynote speeches, extended program for intact teams, 3-day intensive program,  1:1 coaching, and as a natural component of our strategic facilitation.

Demystifying Vulnerability

We are fiercely clarifying the essential role of vulnerability in daring leadership.

Through the Dare to Lead™ program, our clients acquire a shared language and an approach to engage in challenging conversations.

Rooted in two decades of robust research and trusted by over 100,000 leaders globally, we are thrilled to witness how workplaces evolve into more effective and happier environments with improved collaboration, spanning across various industries and nationalities.

Dare to Lead Certified Facilitator.

Morten, among the few in Scandinavia, holds direct certification from Brené Brown.

This gives him unique insights and exclusive materials for tailored Dare to Lead™ programs, customized for our client’s daily environment.

Being part of the facilitator community, our ongoing partnership with Brené Brown keeps inspiring our commitment to changing how we see personal leadership.

Innovative and reliable tools

Co-facilitating with Morten, Tina breathes life into the effective tools, drawing on her background in somatic coaching to underscore the significance of Emotional Intelligence skills.

By connecting the tools to everyday work situations, they become relevant and generate practical insights and personal awareness.

As participants embrace courage and authenticity, they observe a profound shift in team dynamics, more engagement, and the cultivation of a culture of trust within their organizations.
